Does anyone have any ideas on how to get an affordable attorney for custody in Va? Possibly even Pro Bono?

Her dad is a few payments behind in child support. They won’t do anything just yet because the old state hasn’t closed Viagra buy there case and I need to file for custody of her ASAP. He had a child molester living in his home for 6 months along with other people while he was getting my daughter every other weekend and taking her down there to GA and I just found out… naturally I would find out after the guy goes to jail but if I represent myself do I have a good chance of getting custody and at least keeping her visitation in this state instead of her traveling from VA down to GA every other weekend? He has left her with his sister (down syndrome) and an elderly lady that can’t walk.
