How do I go about finding a lawyer?

I online pharmacies am having trouble locating a lawyer that can handle my case. I will be suing Bank of America for money that was never returned to me after my account was frauded. I’ve located 2 lawyers in my state that said they were one of few that would take such a case but they both were too difficult to meet with and never returned my calls.
