Is their an attorney who represents independent insurance agents in Austin, Texas? WE are having trouble locating an attorney that protects the rights and laws of an Insurance Agent. My husband and I work in the 403(b) market, assisting educators with their retirement. I would like to talk with an attorney and may need legal representation. We are victims of an individual agent and a TPA who have slandered us. As a result we have lost a huge portion of our business due to their unethical conduct.
